Exceptional stuff, offered us wake up service and ironing. The idea to include a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator in the a double room was nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this venue, the rooms were spacious, the staff was outstanding, and the location was great, right in the heart of the city, only a 5-minute drive from Algati Mosque.

Came here for 2 night stay, had a good experience. The place had a warm atmosphere. My room included a minibar, satellite TV, and climate control. The location was great and favourable for traveling around Hafar Al-Batin, just next door to shopping mall...

During my stay, I found this hotel to be an excellent choice for both short and long stays. It is conveniently located near major shopping malls, restaurants, and other essential facilities. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, and the Samsung ACs in each room provided a great sense of comfort. The wide parking space was a big plus as I did not have any trouble finding a spot for my car. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and always available to assist me with any requests, including cleaning and other tasks.

Celebrating my New Year's Eve at this hotel was fantastic! The comfortable beds and clean rooms were some of the best highlights. The hotel staff was friendly and willing to help, ensuring that we had a great stay. The location was perfect too, with everything we needed nearby. The wide parking lot made it easier because we didn't have to worry about parking space. We also appreciated the availability of fast Wi-Fi and excellent ACs that helped us beat the winter cold.

The gym and sports hall were not operational during our stay, which would have been a great way to exercise and have fun in the evenings. The lack of access to these facilities was a letdown, but thankfully, other amenities at the hotel made up for it.

Although we would have liked some recreational activities, the lack of gym and sports hall limited our options.
